How to join - children/young people
Eligibility Criteria

Attendance at, or a confirmed place at any of the following special schools:​

St Francis,​ Heathfield, Rachel Madocks, Riverside

Within the above schools, priority is given to PMLD and SLD pupils.

Consideration will be given to PMLD pupils attending other special schools within Hampshire.

Have diagnosed profound physical and/or multiple or complex learning difficulties.

Require continuous one-to-one support

Age 2½ - 17 (NB: new attendees must join the playscheme prior to their 16th birthday).

Age 18 – 19: must be in fulltime education, and have attended a LUPS playscheme no less than 12 months prior to their 18th birthday.

All attendees must have a Gateway+ card, unless 18+
Cost and Length
With a Gateway+ card issued by HCC, the daily cost of playscheme is £20 per day per child.
